I had somehow broken my key off inside the lock of my house. I called several locksmiths to see who could come out and remove the broken piece from the door. Most of them charged $25 to come out and then said they would have to see what they were dealing with to give me the price to fix it. However, when I called this gentleman (I don't think I asked his name), he answered the phone so enthusiastically I thought I called one of my friends. He gave me a set price which I appreciated, and it was very affordable, especially for an unexpected expense. Then, when I gave him my address, he said he would be here as fast as he could drive which I also appreciated because it made me feel like he had a sense of urgency about my struggle. I made that call at 7:44pm and my issue was resolved by 8:19pm. Literally ! He came in and took the knob apart with no problem. I definitely recommend his service for any of your needs ! His number is officially stored in my phone ! The efficiency was outstanding ! Thank you so much !
